Now that we’ve finally had some rain and the patch no longer resembles an Indian Cricket square, it’s time to get a little maintenance done.
To that end, firstly the patch will be cut on Weds 28 Oct from around 1430 - so it will be out of action for around an hour or so.
Secondly, the patch will be rolled on Thu 29 Oct, hopefully reducing some of those bumps and ridges that have appeared over the long dry spell this summer. The field will be out of action from first thing in the morning to probably mid-afternoon.
